This position is responsible for the collection of warranty accounts (unpaid checks) in a call center environment utilizing an automatic telephone dialing system to contact customers and a computerized system to track customers. The accounts are collected in compliance with the provisions of the FDCPA, the FCRA and internal performance standards in order to meet or exceed the monthly goal objectives of a personal and departmental budget. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a collection or call center environment. You must have an excellent work history with a strong record of job stability. Strong verbal communication skills must be demonstrated along with a professional telephone manner. Competence in keyboard entry at a minimum of 25 wpm and solid personal computer skills. Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA and previous collection experience preferred.
Stable work history, 6 months collection, experience in a call center enviornment. Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively. Must be highly motivated with the desire to earn commission based on individual performance
