Responsibilities:

• 60% - Matching invoices, purchase orders and delivery documents and Investigating deviations and price variances
• 40% - Special projects and responsibilities listed below
  Entering invoices into Macola ES accounting software
  Printing checks weekly and filing and organizing paid invoices and documentation
  Communicating with vendors and purchasing agent and reconciling bank accounts
  Assisting the CFO in analysis and research in both Accounts Payable and General Ledger duties 

Qualifications:

•  Minimum 2 year degree
• 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable
