Our Mortgage Representatives stand for a universal banking leader. Our Client believes in providing excellent solutions, serving the financial needs of 98% of U.S. Fortune 500 companies. One in three midsized to large companies across the U.S, and over twenty other countries are also customers of our client. As a representative, you will provide numerous services including; responding to incoming calls from customers inquiring about a marketing mail piece; calling existing customers and notifying them that they are pre-approved for mortgages; and handle on-line web chat with customers requesting information.
Qualifications:
- 6 months customer service experience required
- Sales experience required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse
- Ability to work flexible schedules, which includes at least one weekend day
- Ability to communicate confidently, using a clear, distinct voice
