RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports the Risk & Compliance Manager in tracking and implementing regulatory changes, and performs testing where needed

- Assist the Risk & Compliance Manager with identifying control processes necessary for compliance to regulatory and audit requirements
|
|
- Supports the preparation of SAS 70 and related audit engagements
|
|
- Assists in documentation of policies, procedures, standards, and compliance efforts (including monitoring)
|
|
- Assist with annual employee training and related communications on data confidentiality, security, and other compliance-related policies and procedures
|
|
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials for reporting to senior management
|
|
- Assisting in annual processes as needed, such as the Conflicts Review, regulatory self-assessments, regulatory Risk Assessment, and other related processes
|
|
Compliance Analyst - skills
· Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet research skills.
· Established communication skills (verbal and written)
· Understanding of internal controls in support of business functions
· Excellent organizational skills and thorough attention to detail
· Demonstrates basic knowledge of the Risk & Compliance program while continuing to acquire and expand upon knowledge and higher level skills
· Works with groups of employees from all levels and all businesses / functions across the company with moderate guidance
· Worked in Information Security, Internal Audit, Risk Assurance, or related field for a minimum of two years is preferred
· Knowledge of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, privacy regulations, SAS 70 and related assurance work, as well as state/federal regulations is a plus
