The Senior-Level Air Compliance Engineer/Manager will assist in a wide range of project management and team support roles to assist our current clients and expand our client-base. Initial technical/project assignments will include preparation of air permit applications (NSR, PSD, and Title V), air emissions inventories, greenhouse gas emission estimates, and compliance support for various DoD and private sector clients. This individual must have proven experience in staff management, business development/marketing, environmental project management, creating and managing budgets, and client relations. In addition, this individual must have an ability to provide positive direction, guidance, and oversee the growth and performance of professional employees. Previous experience working with the DoD, other governmental agencies, and commercial clients is a plus. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering and have a minimum of 15 years experience in consulting, management, staff supervision, business development, and working with DoD and commercial clients. Travel throughout the U.S. and territories may be required. The ideal candidate will have environmental consulting expertise; excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills, demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, time management skills, and demonstrated team-oriented performance.
